Hey, I'm Nicolette
After training women for 30 years, I discovered that traditional weight loss strategies faltered as I aged. This led me to develop the "28 Day Midlife Metabolic Jumpstart," a program crafted from my own need for effective, age-appropriate methods. It combines short, metabolic boosting workouts with walking, the right nutrition, lifestyle changes, and simple daily habits to rejuvenate your metabolism and energy—key lessons that transformed my life and health.

  • Who exactly is this for?
    This program is geared toward the unique needs of midlife women, however, women of all ages could benefit from this program. The program is for all levels of fitness, with modifications included for most exercises. There is a weekly optional HIIT workout but you can easily modify the intensity to fit your fitness level.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Just a couple pairs of dumbbells. I included a guide for ideal dumbbell weights in the program. I purposely kept the program dumbbell only so you don't need to belong to a gym to do the workouts. However, the workouts are still challenging! You will also need a couple of bands for the activation drills and I include links for those inside the program.
  • Is there any mobility or stretching in this program?
    Absolutely! With midlife comes hormonal changes, and with that, more aches and pains. So I've included a foam roll routine and mobility routine to prevent injury and help you feel your best during these workouts.
